March Macros Part 9: Keto with a Sweet Tooth + The 15 Best Keto Desert Recipes

Grownup Gripe: Savory foods are great but who doesn’t want desert, especially when dieting?

Next to snacks the second biggest question I’m always asked is what sweets can you eat on keto?

The good news is there are tons of keto desserts you can entertain while eating low-carb; the key is what you use to leaven and sweeten them with.

Almond flour, coconut milk, heavy cream and erythritol are my fav low-carb baking additions.

Stevia, sucralose, monk fruit sweetener and xylitol are also big so you can see which is your fav and add those instead of sugar to your treats.

As long as you remember to add a little more baking soda or powder your keto treats are solid.

Please note if you need it now and don’t feel like cooking dark chocolate low in sugar hits the spot.
